As a Human Resources Rep supporting our operations team, you will lead human resource-based projects, programs and initiatives. You will develop collaborative relationships with our Bottling, Cellar and Spirits teams that foster a positive work culture in from entry level up to mid manager level leaders. You will coach and develop leaders and employees, lead change management and strategic workforce planning. You will keep a close pulse on the health of the organization, employee engagement and be a collaborative partner that seeks out solutions.

What You Will Do

Business Partnerships

* Build relationships with leaders and employees to be a trusted coach and advisor
* Drive talent management, employee development & employee engagement initiatives
* Facilitate organizational discussions and processes
* Coach and guide managers on making people decisions including employee and leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, communications and
* Develop an "on the floor" presence and serve as an approachable, collaborative partner
* Participate in department leadership meetings to bring the people side of everything you do.
* Facilitate and lead organizational workforce initiatives
* Leads Strategic Workforce Planning
* Lead and facilitate change management and communication efforts to support the business.
* Proactively gather workforce data, perform analysis to develop insights and share insights with business leadership
* Identify potential concerns and engage the team to solve problems
* Facilitate employee focus groups to keep a pulse on employee engagement
* Conduct individual career coaching sessions for employees
* Help ensure leaders and partners accurately interpret and apply the Collective Bargaining Agreement into decisions

HR Collaboration

* Partner with HR COEs on talent acquisition, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
* Assist with talent management and organization design initiatives
* Assist with the development and management of operations apprenticeship programs.
* Partner with employee relations as needed on employee investigations.
* Participate in the Interactive Process (IP) meetings for employees and disability management.
* Drives HR initiatives and programs including employee engagement, roundtables, communication meetings, high performance work teams and lean initiatives
* Participates in contract negotiations helping to develop the terms of the future collective bargaining agreements
* Educate business, HR and cross-functional partners on collective bargaining agreement
* Ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and the employee policy manual.

What You Will Need

* Master's degree plus 1 year of industrial relations experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of industrial relations, training, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance or HR generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of industrial relations, training, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance or HR generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Required to support a continuous operations workforce which may require a flexible schedule across day, swing and graveyard shifts to support business activities.

What Will Set You Apart

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 5 years of industrial relations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Experience asking probing questions and documenting all relevant information during employee grievance investigations.
* Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting documents such as union contract, legal documents, safety rules, corporate policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
