As the Program Manager Organizational Development you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs for the effective utilization of Gallo's human capital. You will report to the Director Organizational Development and partners with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and respond to organizational issues and opportunities with solutions based on best practices in the HR/OD and Industrial -Organizational (I-O) Psychology fields. You will support talent management, human resource planning, organizational development, performance management, and change management initiatives.

What You Will Do:

* Provides expertise related to talent management and development, succession planning, organizational assessment and design, performance management, research methods and design, assessment development, psychometrics, advanced statistics, and organizational change management.
* Participates in HR projects, processes, and functions that involve human resources and client group leadership.
* Consults with management on organizational development issues and implements an action plan.
* Provides guidance to the talent performance assessment process, and supports initiatives to improve and continuously develop the process.
* Supports the annual Human Resource Planning process, including managing the corporate timeline, setting standards for execution of leadership calibration meetings, and preparing materials for ELT and CEO Talent Review discussions.
* Administers employee assessments such as Belbin StrengthsFinder, and 360 assessments, and researches new development assessments, methods and best practices.
* Provides thought leadership and guidance around Executive Coaching, Mentoring Programs and other talent and leadership development programs, and supports initiatives to refine current programs and create new ones.
* Leads organizational design and assessment projects; reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
* Establishes a methodology to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs (ROI, ROE, customer satisfaction, etc.).
* Prepares and coordinates special projects assigned by manager.
* Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

What You Will Need:

* Master's degree plus 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or I-O Psychology to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR PhD plus 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or I-O Psychology to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Industry or consulting experience across talent initiatives (industrial psychology, organizational psychology, organizational development, talent management, and/or HR consulting).
* Computer skill requirements include: intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; basic MS Access and MS Project.
* Working knowledge of research design, instrument validation and psychometrics encouraged.
* Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research software tools.
* Experience designing, field testing, implementing, and evaluating testing and other instruments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management.
* Skilled in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, process development, analysis and problem solving.
* Skilled in making formal presentations and creating presentation ready graphics.
* Ability to earn the trust and confidence of the management team and influence key decisions.
* A highly effective internal consultant and change agent.
* Ability to develop and influence relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
* Experience building strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Uses judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
* Required to travel up to 10% of work time.

What Will Set You Apart:

* Master's degree plus 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or I-O Psychology
* Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Experience in development and evaluation of training programs.
* Supervisory or Managerial experience.
* Experience operating with substantial latitude and decision-making authority.
* Experience applying a comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments.
* Thought leadership in the areas of: leadership development, succession planning, performance management and talent development.
* Knowledge of key talent management and OD models and industry trends.
* Strong proficiency in statistical analysis methods.
* Highly proficient in the use of both qualitative and quantitative research software tools.
* Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
* Certified in key organizational and individual assessment instruments.
* Strong personal leadership, influencing and consulting skills.
* Familiarity with Clifton Strengths assessment.
* Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting the most complex documents.
* Experience administering employee engagement survey and response programs.
* Experience responding effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
* Skilled in making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.
* Experience presenting to various levels of leadership, including senior executives.
* Experience dealing with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs) in its most difficult phases.
* Experience dealing with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
