Responsibilities and Duties

· Handle majority of tenant complaints.

· Building and maintaining exemplary internal and external relationships with all tenants, team members, and vendors utilizing effective communication skills

· Manage all tenant correspondence, move-in's and move-outs, and preparation of all related documents

· Assisting with special projects as required

· Interface with tenants and vendors on work order requests, on-site maintenance, improvement projects.

· Scheduling and monitoring property inspections, leasing units, preparing, and serving notices.

· Processing rent, data entry and communicating with and providing reports to our corporate offices.

Qualifications and Skills

· A minimum of one year + experience as manager of at least 16 apartment units in California is required.

· Knowledgeable in California Landlord/tenant and Fair Housing laws, and basic property management forms.

· Computer skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills are required.

· Experience in management software is required.

· Detailed Oriented and people's person.

Preferred Experience:

· Fair Housing Regulations: 1 year

· Computer Skills: 2 years

· Sales

Hours per week:

· 40+

· Some weekends may be required as business needed.

Requirements:

· A valid driver's license with dependable vehicle

· A can-do attitude & self-motivated person

· Positive minded & Problem solver person

· Must live onsite full time

· Bilingual Spanish/English

**Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $3,000 + Bonuses + A Fully Renovated 2bed /1bath Unit equivalent to $1,600 Monthly Rent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Modesto, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Managing at least 16 apartment units in California: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish Fluently (Required)
