  • Lead annual Business Plan development for portfolio and support the Strategic Plan development to meet or exceed the company's financial and organizational objectives
  • Lead property management operations to ensure positive employee and customer experience
  • Attract and retain customers through marketing, leasing and customer retention programs in order to achieve business plan objectives and enhance the reputation of the portfolio
  • Anticipate, identify and proactively respond to maintenance needs, staying mindful of risk management and safety to preserve portfolio value and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to positively impact the employee experience and morale, optimize efficiencies and results and achieve department and portfolio goals

Qualifications YOU possess!

  • Strongly prefer college degree but not required
  • 2-5 years Residential Property Management and Profit and Loss experience required
  • Positive, friendly and upbeat attitude
  • Management, budgeting, customer service and leasing skills required
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing, leasing and contracts ideal; ARM or CRM a plus as well
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook and able to type at least 50 wpm.
  • Previous experience in project management/administration in construction development/real estate a plus
  • Valid driver's license and registration and a clean driving record
