Summary
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be a key member of our People & Culture team and will play a critical role in developing and executing proactive strategies to attract top talent and meet the recruitment and hiring needs for AV. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will partner with Business Leadership, and other stakeholders to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to identify the best talent at all levels and continue to find ways to innovate and streamline the hiring experience by leveraging technology, analyzing data and metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends. Position Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead a strategic, results based recruiting function, supporting all business functional areas
* Partner with leadership to create sourcing strategies that employ focus on diversity, alignment with market intelligence, leveraging of data/metrics and attraction
* Established hiring goals and objectives while ensuring adherence to legal and compliance requirements
* Develop long-term strategy for growth, while driving inclusive talent and recruiting practices
* Develop operational priorities that shape talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business planning
* Project manage talent acquisition projects and/or staffing change projects that require both strategic and operational focus to ensure success.
* Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance, establish goals/ KPIs to drive success
* Manage, mentor and develop a team of TA professionals to retain our best talent
* Continuously strive for process improvements and efficiencies
* Be Results Oriented and Hands-On with a deep desire for success and lead by example with a strong sense of urgency

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* 7+ years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition/recruiting or related field
* 3+ years' experience leading a team in a full life cycle recruitment process with a demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals supporting technical business functions
* Experience building strong partnerships with leaders at all levels
* Experience capturing business, market and industry data and insights to drive decisions
* Ability to translate the needs of the business into recruiting actions and developing effective sourcing strategies that contribute to achieving hiring goals
* Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to "think on one's feet" in high pressure situations
* Experience with a variety of recruitment related platforms and activities (ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Career Fairs, Conferences, etc.)
* Ability to lead, direct and mentor a highly diverse and geographically disbursed team
* Highly collaborative leadership style, capable of working across multiple functional areas to represent the recruiting function
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
* Prior Workday experience preferred
* Combination of corporate and agency recruiting background preferred
* Experience with multiple large, company-wide program implementations such as applicant tracking systems, new talent acquisition tools, or compliance processes
* Able to work effectively and efficiently across functions and have a proven track record of working successfully across multiple levels of an organization
* Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
* Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
* Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
* Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
* Focuses on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests
Physical Demands
* Ability to work in an office or home office environment (Constant)
* Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
