Position: Business Systems Analyst III
Location: Mountain View, CA

Job Description:

• As the subject matter expert on channel analytics, work directly with digital channel marketing teams, and technical/data specialists to create and execute marketing strategies.
• Provide the leadership team with insights regarding marketing campaign effectiveness and develop automated closed-loop reporting processes
• Execute sophisticated attribution and incremental studies leveraging large scale (granular) data; for conceptualizing and implementation of incremental experiments
• Strong ability to pull data from numerous sources and to create presentations for all levels of management
• Ability to use data mining and analysis to compile and creatively display data
• Analyze data and drive improvements across the organization to increase overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations
• Strong focus on automation to scale current and future processes

Job Requirements:

Skill and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in generating and presenting insights from marketing data
• Advanced SQL skills to perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch; must have experience working with granular web clickstream data
• Ability to analyze data, reports and dashboards and an ability to "dive into" systems and formulate new and better ideas on how to better support stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to document requirements and ensure consistency across systems and business processes.
• Ability to be multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without close guidance or supervision.
• Familiarity with programming languages and stats packages (e.g. python, R)
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams
