Company is looking for a leader in talent acquisition who can thrive in a high-growth startup environment. This is a high impact role that will spearhead recruiting for top talent to support Company's business objectives. You will be responsible for developing a vision for talent acquisition and executing upon it.

This role will partner with stakeholders across the entire organization to develop cutting edge talent acquisition programs and craft a delightful candidate experience. You'll have an opportunity to work on the ground floor as an early member of the Company team, where you will directly shape the direction and culture of our company.

As our Head of Talent, you 'll...

  • Evaluate, streamline and improve current recruiting processes
  • Partner with the management team to determine a long-term growth strategy, develop and champion strategic recruiting initiatives including interview training, employment branding, culture assessments, compensation plans, employee retention, etc.
  • Recruit for strategic technical and senior roles as needed
  • Constantly evaluate external trends and identify opportunities to promote creative and out-of-the-box recruiting strategies
  • Create initiatives to eliminate bias from the hiring process and ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline
  • Ensure a top notch candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Partner with hiring managers to write consistent job descriptions, develop interview processes for open roles, and deliver training on interview techniques
  • Own internal programs for employee referral and internal mobility
  • Manage tooling/vendors for recruiting and resource allocation against a budget while meeting hiring goals

For this role, you ideally have

  • A proven track record of implementing strategic recruiting practices in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Success in hiring technical and creative talent in a highly competitive market
  • Devotion to ensuring that all candidates have a great interview experience
  • Relentless drive for rapidly iterating to continually improve results
