This position sits within The Planning and Operations organization responsible for the development of the IT strategic and operational plans, as well as provides central coordination of all IT business office functions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about technology and finding effective and creative ways to support employees through enterprise change initiatives.The Role:Develop strong knowledge of technology products and their use at LucidCultivate excellent professional relationships with technology colleagues across the Lucid IT Organization to keep a pulse on planned changes to the employee experienceTranslate complex technical topics into clear communications that employees can easily understandPartner with our technology teams to design training material related to new and existing productsDesign and execute communications for various audiences, including executives and business users. Communications should be developed independently with minimal guidance, and be approved by technology, project stakeholders with minimal revisions to content or formattingDiligent in your written and verbal communication, producing a consistently high standard of communication materialsRepresent technology communications in planning meetings, serving as the voice of the employeeCreate and distribute IT newsletter for internal and company wide audience; collaborate with relevant SMEs to capture, review/edit and distribute information in a timely manner.Partner with IT leaders to define internal team training needs and lead & coordinate executionOther duties as assigned to support IT and Planning team with process redesign and documentationUse employee engagement data to inform and shape your approachQualifications:~4-6 years communications and change management experienceExcellent writing, editing, and messaging skills with an ability to present and adapt communication style as neededGreat organization skills, high attention to details and ability to advance multiple projects at onceAn understanding of current events related to technologyA global approach to work with different cultures, perspectives, and attitudesA student of technology proficient in MS 365 applicationsUnderstanding of or ability to learn internal communications softwareProven record of designing and executing against communication plansExperience with measuring the effectiveness of communication campaignsA great teammate, relationship builder and strong collaboratorAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
