If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.The Information Technology team is searching for an experienced, insightful and hands-on Technical Program Manager, Release Operations with a strong background in planning, collaborating with cross functional teams, executing, and automating application releases.You Will:Maintain the enterprise level release planIdentify and mitigate conflictsCollaborate with cross functional teams in organizing the deliverables from multiple work streamsDevelop detailed release work products to ensure all aspects of release are thoroughly plannedCommunicate downtime effectively, enabling informed decision making across teams. Identify risks and highlight impact, working directly with relevant teams / stakeholders on all escalationsProgram manage cross platform projects around upgrades and maintenance, provide input and support to tracks for process improvement initiativesTrack release / launch readiness across programs and manager associated risksDrive change management process for the release candidatesReport on metrics and KPIs for the Release processEssential Functions of the Job:Planning, initiation and execution of complex and/or multiple releasesUtilize scheduling resources and time managementResponsible for facilitating the execution of IT projects/programs by ensuring the quality, completeness, tracking and reporting of work items as they flow between participants in key business processLead Go/No-Go deision makingCutover planning, developing backout plans, resource management for the release, test planning coordinationParticipate and contributes to RCAs in case of failed deploymentsKey Requirements:Minimum 6+ years of Release engineering and management.Experience in release management for enterprise systems and cloud based applications.Experience building release pipelines and automationExperience in Agile, Devops methodologiesStrong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of highest priority items.Experience and ability to roll out large org/company wide initiatives and changesBS in Computer Science or a technical field or equivalent experienceAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
