Northrop Grumman is currently looking for a Principal Business Process Analyst for our Northridge, CA. Location.

This lucky person will Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow.

Job Responsibilities

Collecting quantitative data and reporting qualitative analysis for Supply Chain, OPS, Financial Reporting, and New Sales
Gathering status of action items and providing updated and organized information
Identifying issues and trends in the data analysis
Presenting analytical data with brevity and clarity for the audience's understanding
Providing daily, weekly, monthly reporting
Developing and implementing additional behavior-changing metrics
Reviewing improvement (Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing) processes and status projects
Owner of Supplier and Buyer scorecards
Supporting special administrative projects

Required Experience

Familiarity with Supply Chain processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx a plus
Ability to perform complex tasks in an efficient manner, with minimal oversight
Experience with data mining, analysis, and reporting
Experience with MRP/ERP environments
Attention to detail
Ability to think creatively and establish new metrics
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational ability

Basic Qualifications:

BA and 6 years of experience or MA and 4 years of experience

Salary Range: 92000 - 138000

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
