• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Clean drug screening and background check
• Attention to detail
• Ethical decision making
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
• Clean Driving Record (3+ Years) (Preferred)
• RELIABLE

Job Duties

• Prepare detained and informative daily reports
• Parking enforcement including issuing citations and conducting tows
• Interacting with members of the community, management & law enforcement
• Respond to and handle calls for service
• Act as a deterrent and address instances of suspicious activity
• Perform routine property maintenance audits
• Enforce community rules & regulations
• Other duties as required

Position Details

Days: Friday - Tuesday (shifts below)

Hours: Swing (Fridays and Sundays) & Graveyard shifts (Fri, Sat, Mon, & Tues)

Pay: $15.00+/hour (depending on experience)

***Offering $150 hiring bonus. Applied on 3rd paycheck for full time employees***

Full Time Employees - Benefits Available.

Vision and Dental insurance also available through employer.

Insurance available after 90 days of employment
