Job description

Position Title: Oracle Financial Consultant

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities

· Be the technical lead for deliverables of key Business Application initiatives

· Engage with Business Partners across the organization, help them identify opportunities, define requirements, identify gaps and deliver technical solutions

· Collaborate with your fellow Business Application team members, Product Managers to prioritize and create transparency for critical initiatives required to scale the company

· Work hands-on to understand, validate, build, test, train and support our users as you help simplify business processes across various platforms

Minimum Requirements

· 8 years of experience implementing and growing global enterprise business systems

· At least two years of global Oracle Cloud Financial (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA) applications implementation

· Experience in end-to-end business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report) in areas including but not limited to finance, procurement, inventory management

· Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting, Smartview tools

· Experience in Forecasting, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) platform/s

· Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

· Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who are technical or not

· Excellent organization and execution skills with a demonstrable history of establishing and meeting impactful goals and objectives

· Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and consistently deliver on activities

· Experience in SOX/ITGC experience in public company is a plus

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Accounting or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred

· CPA Certification is a Plus

Preferred Requirements:

· Experience in Oracle BPM Workflow configurations for Approvals and CloudPay, ADP

· Hands on with Supply Chain applications

· Be able to progress towards larger degrees of responsibility, specifically focused on business analysis and process improvements
