WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


Ayzenberg seeks an experienced and driven social media expert for the role of Senior Account Director to act as the client lead on a global technology and gaming brand that also touches theatrical, CPG, and lifestyle categories.

The ideal candidate is excited by this question and is constantly identifying and chasing opportunities for improvement. We're looking for someone equally comfortable going deep into audience behavior and channel insights as they are with driving the vision of a team.


As Senior Director, you will act as an agency leader for achieving the client's strategic brand objectives across the social ecosystem. You will collaborate with the client and drive all internal working teams to deliver on goals, objectives and overall strategic direction.


You'll oversee Supervisors and foster a culture of growth and development with the team, regularly demonstrating initiative in all areas of improving the management and growth of partnerships, demonstrating a sense of ownership and the ability to manage independently.


You'll represent our combined excellence and innovation. Your ability to partner and collaborate while you listen, anticipate, and plan will be critical. You will be challenged, and you will be part of an excellent team that will also support you.


You'll hold primary social media responsibility across multiple accounts, as well as act as a key strategic resource to the Business Development team during the client pitch processes.


With the support of a cross-functional team (Account, Project Management, Strategists, Analysts, and Creatives), you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of social media strategies, editorial calendars, reporting and tactical plans, ensuring that all social media responsibilities assigned to the agency, including analytics, messages and content being developed by our teams are relevant to both the target audience and the brand objectives, as well as being in sync with other campaigns, whether developed in-house, by the client or other supporting partners.

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:


  • 10+ years' experience client service role, preferably in an agency/brand environment
  • Excitement to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • You have an expert level attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills needed to maintain brand integrity and dialogue with a broad user base
  • You are a strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • You are diplomatic and professional with a good dose of common sense
  • You enjoy leading a successful team and have passion to help grow the potential of others.
  • You are an excellent presenter and facilitator, adept at creating effective workshops for high-level clients and colleagues who may or may not be familiar with what works in social
  • Deep understanding of social operations and optimization
  • Commitment to excellence - working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with tact, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive improvement
  • Experience working on tech, gaming or entertainment clients a plus
