About the Team
Workday's Integrated Business Planning and Execution team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. This requires excellent coordination and communication amongst our highly skilled Engineering, Operations, and vendor teams that span multiple geographies. Our mission is to accelerate our customers' access to information and optimize utilization of infrastructure by effective planning, automation and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Our Business Analysts work multi-functionally to define the scope of process changes and improvements, and translate those findings into detailed documentation and functional requirements. Collaboration, intellectual curiosity and the ability to hit the ground running are key to success in the fast-moving environment.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Solid experience leading teams in projects or programs
• Demonstrated ability in operations analysis, business analysis or related field
• Experience in defining, maintaining and delivering operational metrics and dashboards
• Must be either a US military Veteran or an eligible member of the National Guard or Reserves
• Must be able to pass a standard background check
• Cannot have been out of the military for longer than three years (exception is for those currently enrolled in a full-time educational program)

Other Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Supply Chain systems, such as PLM, MRP and Logistics, or
• 2+ years experience implementing, administering, or integrating SaaS software, or
• 2+ years experience with process analysis
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency a must
• Excellent soft skills / interpersonal skills
• Tenacious, resilient, upbeat, motivated, and ready to roll!
