About the Team
Our Recruiting Product team is growing, and we're looking for a Product Manager to join us and support our continued success! We are crafting the next generation of Recruiting tools for global Talent Acquisition teams, enabling them to source, assess, select, and hire candidates at scale. We build our Recruiting solutions using modern technologies, providing an unparalleled level of agility, ease-of-use, and delivery of insights. About the Role
You will work alongside a stellar team of product managers, product designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver transformative, intuitive products. You will work closely with customers and have the opportunity to attend our user conference as a product expert. Collaboration is critical at Workday, and you will be a user-representative who can convey functional process requirements to technical audiences. You will be the user advocate and drive product development through the entire life cycle. We are looking for product managers who can think out of the box to help our customers solve their most critical talent acquisition challenges.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of SaaS product management experience, consulting experience or experience in the Recruiting or HCM industry either as a solutions vendor or HR practitioner
- Experience working with agile or scrum teams from product design through feature delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking publicly to large audiences of senior leaders and executives
Other Qualifications
- You can demonstrate active listening skills and a level of curiosity to elicit and understand customer business challenges.
- You can gather, research, and analyze input from multiple sources including market data, customer services, sales, etc. to define business requirements and MVP.
- You are comfortable making tough decisions about product priorities.
- You are passionate about driving success by helping customers succeed.
- You can represent the product in agile scrum meetings, across our organization and externally, keeping our customers happy.
- You can author use cases using behavioral driven development practices to ensure our end user(s) is top of mind.
- You can track adoption to understand where we can bring more value to our customers to help develop our future roadmap.
- Having knowledge of Workday applications and frameworks is a plus
- Experience building global SaaS products is a plus
- You are a generally wonderful human being who loves collaborative work while never forgetting to have fun and laugh.
