Liberty Healthcare provides comprehensive mental health services to inmates at the West Valley Detention Center - a San Bernardino County jail located in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

These mental health services are provided by Liberty Healthcare's onsite clinical team - which is comprised of over one hundred Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselors, Registered Nurses, Recreation Therapists, and Psychiatric Technicians.

Liberty Healthcare is now hiring for a Human Resources Manager positions which supports this growing group of clinicians and is responsible for the following:

* Supporting onsite clinical directors, managers and supervisors
* Partnering with corporate recruiting, human resources and payroll professionals
* Assisting in recruiting, interviewing and hiring activities
* Onboarding new employees
* Helping new employees enroll in Liberty's benefits and online employee self-service system
* Supporting employees in their initial and ongoing training activities
* Helping managers to successfully resolve personnel and employee performance issues
* Seeking opportunities to improve employee job satisfaction and retention - and minimize turnover
* Participating in various risk management and corporate compliance activities
* Liaising with Liberty's Vice President of Human Resources and corporate and human resources team

As Liberty's HR Manager, you would work in-person on site at the West Valley Detention Center Monday through Friday, during daytime hours. Click here to visit the West Valley Detention Facility online.

You are a good fit for this position if you possess these attributes:

* Five or more years of human resources management experience
* Relevant experience to the responsibilities noted above
* Bachelor's Degree
* One of the following professional credentials: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
