SSSD is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Redondo Beach, CA. Specifically, this position will join the Business Administration team on a restricted program and will report to the Manger of Program Control.
In this role, the Business Process Analyst will analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. The incumbent will represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments and coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. This role requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow. The candidate selected must have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of Business Systems, MPM and/or COBRA, SAP, and Earned Value and its implementation as it pertains to program business rhythms.
Responsibilities include:
An understanding of Micro-Frame Project Manager (MPM) and/or COst BReAkdown (COBRA), Earned Value Management (EVM), as well as broad knowledge of aerospace industry systems and procedures, including a working knowledge of PowerBi
Use of program business systems and coordinating monthly business processes to enable the delivery of successful products to the program and customer
Facilitating improvements in processes, software and influence architecture requirements to improve efficiencies
Process/procedure/compliance, and Ad Hoc program activities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in Business Administration to include Program Cost Control and Planning or 1 year of stated experience with a Master's Degree
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS)
Expert user in Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) and/or COst BReAkdown (COBRA), MS Office Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Current or previous experience working with restricted customers
Department of Defense (DoD) Clearance
Salary Range: 74200 - 111400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
