This role can be remote or hybrid onsite in our Redwood City office, starting Jan 2022.

Our focus is completely on growth in multiple dimensions. The innovation section of Poshmark is what we do everyday. Our core product is not static, which means we are constantly evolving and creating new features and tools to grow the platform and share of wallet for our sellers. On top of that there is tremendous opportunity on the international growth side that we can keep layering on. With this in mind, our R&D departments (engineering, technology, data analytics and product) are in a hyper-growth stage requiring quick hiring to deliver on these business initiatives. That's where the tech talent team comes in! This role as a senior or lead technical recruiter will be solely dedicated to Data analytics and product management teams as the senior recruiter, not only helping build these teams but continue to innovate the tech talent function.

Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and incredibly positive candidate experience
* Service Engineering and Technology executives for all talent acquisition needs
* Create a scalable process that meets the needs of our growing company
* Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
* Design, develop and lead transformative projects that will enhance our small by mighty team
* Build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
* Thrive in a highly-visible role and train junior recruiters to be amazing

6-month accomplishments

* Align to our full-cycle recruitment strategy to source, recruit and close multiple requisitions for team Posh
* Work closely with hiring teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience
* Become an expert in closing candidates for Poshmark.
* Create department wide playbooks for recruitment process.

12- month accomplishments

* Build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
* Create projects to amplify the tech talent acquisition team
* Find talent that builds a better Poshmark

Desired Skills

* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the areas of engineering, technology, product, or data science
* A strategic mindset to identify, evaluate and support candidates through the recruiting process.
* Experience using people analytics to determine recruiting strategies and internal talent metrics
* Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
* Ability to be resourceful with minimal to no guidance, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
* Ability to guide and shape decision making across all levels
* A champion for building diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment processes and teams
