We are expanding and we are in need of a Business Development Manager to join our amazing team!


Position Vision

The Business Development Manager will help lead the charge to domination in our industry. They will help develop and drive sales strategy for our organization while leading a team of high-performing sales professionals.



To be successful in the position, you need to have:

  • Sales and marketing management experience. You are responsible for helping your team meet sales quotas, getting the team to hit quota, forecasting sales, and running sales reports, providing mentorship and training, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople, and more.
  • Excellent people skills - ability to build rapport & relationships; ability to listen, to communicate, and to relate to others on a personal or professional level. It can also include problem-solving abilities, empathy for others, and a willingness to work together toward the common good.
  • High level of customer care. Following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources, but that you also take things a step further to exceed their expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to engage and connect with an audience to get your message across.
  • Be Organized - ability to maintain CRM and keep the team focused on outcomes

What are the compensation and benefits?

  • Salary: $80,000-$100,000 + incentive (comm + bonus + profit)
