As a Senior Business Development Manager with Experis, you will have the opportunity to connect clients with the professional resourcing and talent solutions they need to win, while building and managing your book of business, and directly influencing your earning potential.

Summary:

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects. Partner with new and existing clients to provide IT and professional resourcing and talent solutions. You will also be responsible for direct coaching and mentorship of the peer Business Development team in the market.

Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.

Execute against territory and client plans to capitalize on market/industry and client opportunities.

Maintain and build database, with client information and sales leads using our CRM, Bullhorn.

Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services.

Build relationships with consultants on assignment with clients to monitor engagement and develop deeper understanding of client.

Offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.

Direct and develop sales strategies with BDM's and recruitment teams to identify avenues for successful job fulfillment. Create synergy between the sales and service delivery components to drive results.

Qualifications:

Required:

Sales: 3+ years' experience selling IT resourcing, staffing services and solutions in a professional services industry.

Proven ability to develop a strong client base and build direct relationships with technical decision makers.

Demonstrated record in coaching and mentoring team members towards success and positive outcomes.

High school diploma or GED.

Nice to Have:

Vertical knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of one or more verticals (IT, Engineering, Finance).

Industry knowledge: Knowledge and experience in talent management and/or to the IT staffing industry.
