A Bit About Us

Seeking experienced Business Development Coordinators/Marketing Coordinator (mid to senior level) to facilitate business development and increase sales with new and existing clients throughout our nine California offices. The ideal candidates will have 2-10 years of A/E/C and/or environmental industry experience. Potential candidates can be located anywhere throughout California, though they have to be willing to commute to events and client meetings as needed

Job Details
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in A/E/C Industry
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development Director to establish and execute plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market area.
  • Successful past performance in developing customer relationships, account strategies, developing a qualified pipeline, building industry relationships, and leading capture and proposal activities.
  • Results oriented - established past high conversion rate and ability to reach sales goals
  • Proven track record of relationship and solution selling, and account management
  • Ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audience members
  • Ability to write and provide time-based reports and business correspondence
