Job description

RealREPP is partnering with a large and successful commercial real estate capital intermediary. We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team in San Francisco, CA. This is a group who focuses on fostering a world class experience for their clients and their employees.

This is a very exciting opportunity to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment. The team works together on a daily basis to provide top tier customer service to their tenants. They will also have the chance to pull reports and provide financial data to the team internally. This is a great chance to start a long term career within Property Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of related administrative, marketing, or communications experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercial Real Estate/Real Estate/Finance experience preferred.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Design Suite is preferred.
  • Database experience is a plus.
