How You Will Contribute
Connect with operational and human resources services. Key responsibilities include:
- Support Timekeeping entries (payroll)
- Support Onboarding experience for new employees by providing information packets, gathering withholding and other payroll information, and explaining benefit programs
- Track employee records to include hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, vacation, sick, leave of absence and personal time
- Organize/File paperwork and coordinate storage
- Set up and schedule meetings - coordinate focus groups and training programs
- Assist with operational, employee, new policy requirements and communications
- Generate Operational reports and assist with local compliance requirements for city, state, and federal mandates
- Prepare presentations
- Manage paperwork and filing
- Order supplies and schedule office equipment maintenance
- Take meeting minutes
- Assist with visitors
Qualified Applicants will have:
- Associates degree and/or work equivalent 3 - 5 years experience
- Microsoft suite experience
- Written and verbal communication skills and collaboration
- Word processing skills
- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
- Calendaring skills
- Presentation skills
- Administrative writing and Computer system proficiency
- Positive attitude
