We are currently seeking a Product Trainer specializing in developing the training approach, creating training materials, and delivering focused product training to our JLLT Technology Advisory Team and to end users to join our JLL Technologies Core Product Operations Change Management team. As a product trainer, you'll have responsibilities to develop and deliver a training framework and associated education for several products that you are assigned.
The Product Operations Change Management is an internal team that specializes in engaging key stakeholders and end users for core products to build awareness, generate excitement and deliver training in order to increase product adoption.

What this job involves
As a Product Trainer, you will be directly responsible for
* Developing a training curriculum, program, and related materials for specific Core technology products
* Developing, coordinating, and conducting Core product training, education, and orientation programs for both Technology Advisory engagement and sales teams as well as users
* Developing and maintaining core product training documentation and coordinating incorporation of documentation within products (e.g., online help)
* Contributing to and implementing training and documentation policies, standards and procedures
* Maintaining records and preparing documentation of training programs, scheduling, employee attendance and training program effectiveness
* Coordinating with JLL Learning & Development team for creation of material posted to JLL learning sites
* Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in specific Core product area
* Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
* Partnering with Product Marketing to share materials and develop appropriate communications for training audiences
* Partnering with Change Managers to develop training materials as defined by change needs

* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED
* 5+ years of relevant/professional experience related is REQUIRED
* Experience working in large global organizations with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments as well as dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors
* Experience with CRM training - specifically Salesforce
* Instructional design experience including the use of Camtasia and Articulate or similar software
* Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, sales teams, and technology teams
* Possess strong organizational skills and be able to balance roles in order to drive efficiency and delivery across multiple strategic priorities
* Typically operates with broad latitude in a complex environment
