Description:

Position Summary: The Copy Writing Manager is responsible for the development of content for Dexcom audiences including healthcare provider (HCP) and patients, through the use of compelling writing, supported by clinical evidence and market research. This role will ensure alignment with global marketing objectives aimed at increasing category awareness and education, elevating adoption, and reinforcing brand loyalty. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services, and will partner closely with internal Copy Writer, Graphic Designers, Brand Marketing Managers, and other requestors of creative services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Lead or collaborate on a variety of content development including brochures, website, email, newsletters, video scripts, etc. · Play an ongoing role in the development of our brand voice and advocate for consistent application of copy standards across experiences and platforms. · Demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on, and interpret creative and project briefs to produce an effective solution that is on strategy. · Proofread and/or copy edit content for website updates and other marketing materials. · Familiar and efficient working within a project/resource management tool (Asana). Copywriter: · Executes on time and on brief. · Passion for writing and a keen understanding of executing on global omnichannel campaigns · Develops and writes original copy in support of the global Dexcom brand for internal and external audiences across multiple channels. o Digital and print advertising, social campaigns, sales materials, posters, leave-behind pieces, tradeshow content, newsletters, presentations, sales templates, email journeys, or web content · Content frameworks, engaging long/short-form writing, including collateral and advertising, claims writing guidance/support, proofreading, etc. · Video production (in partnership with creative agency), inclusive of scriptwriting, storyboarding, and animation consultation/review. · Great presentation skills. We want you to produce beautiful, smart copy and be able to express your ideas clearly.
