Rehab United is currently on a steady path of growth! We are looking for a driven, skilled and proficient Human Resources Administrator to join our admin team, assist the Director of HR, and help to provide the utmost support to the company and its employees.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position. This role will provide the ideal candidate the opportunity to continue building their HR skill set, assist in creating more efficient HR processes, further develop problem solving skills, help influence the future of the company and work alongside a talented management team and staff.

General Responsibilities:

  • New hire paperwork and onboarding management
  • Termination processing
  • Employee record organization and maintenance
  • Record keeping for Leaves of Absence
  • Company trainings coordination and compliance management
  • Employee Inquiries
  • Company benefit program management

Qualifications:

  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience with HR software, such as HRIS and HRMS
  • Computer literacy (Outlook/Teams, Word and Excel specifically)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects
  • Must be passionate about connecting with our employees, answering their questions and meeting their needs
  • Must be approachable, reliable, trustworthy, patient, kind and a good communicator.
