Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Lab Assistant to join their team in San Diego, CA for a major American manufacturer of diagnostic healthcare products that are sold worldwide. For immediate consideration, please email your resume directly to as well as apply online.

**Lab Assistant**

**~4-Month Contract (full-time, W2)**

**Pay Rate: $21.00/hour**

+ Work in a molecular biology lab setting.

+ Setting up experiments for PCR and Savanna platform.

+ Knowledge of PCR equipment use such as ABI7500 and QuantStudio and DNA extraction equipment such as bioMérieux.

Requirements:

+ Proficient at pipetting and making sample dilutions.

+ Has basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office.

+ Able to follow protocols and manage inventory of lab consumables.

**Comments:**

+ **Assist in achieving deadlines to meet phase 2 studies for the HSV-VZV-TP Savanna assay.**
