Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a family-friendly car dealership located in San Diego, CA. This person will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting visitors, ensuring office supplies are stocked and assisting the CEO with errands from time to time. Must be adaptable, friendly and an independent worker who also enjoys working in a team setting.

This is an onsite position, candidate must be local to San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to multiple office personnel.
  • Be familiar with the Front-Line Team Manual (FLTM).
  • Answer all incoming calls and greet guests with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and clients
  • Manage calendars, including proactive communication and resolution to conflicts without disruption to workflow.
Qualifications
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented.
  • Exercise follow-through consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with problem solving.
  • Office Suite experience required.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-focused personality with strong sense of urgency
