Job description

Ignite Visibility is hiring a talented and passionate junior Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Sourcer to join our award-winning and fast-growing digital marketing agency. The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer conducts a variety of end-to-end recruitment sourcing and candidate outreach activities in support of Talent Acquisition needs.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy in partnership with the TA Manager.
  • Partner with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Director, and hiring leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profile.
  • Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Drafts and sends out professional recruiting emails and messages to potential candidates.
  • Contact applicants and potential applicants via phone, email, and text.
  • Screen and interview candidates for position and cultural fit.
  • Conduct high volume outreach to candidates and engage them using large and niche job boards in addition to social media (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and more).
  • Research new sourcing avenues.
  • Positively promotes the Ignite Visibility brand when conducting outreach to candidates.
  • Help build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company's current and future hiring needs.
  • Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them.
  • Follow up with candidates and new hires as applicable.
  • Complete administrative duties such as:
    1. Drafting and updating job descriptions
    2. Researching trends and salary bands
    3. Updating talent acquisition spreadsheets, database, etc.
    4. Assist with additional People Operations tasks when needed.
  • Complete other duties based on business needs.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, education, business, and/or a closed related business.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in high volume Talent Acquisition Sourcing or Recruitment Specialist role within the HR or staffing department.
  • Experience agency experience sourcing marketing, creative, or technology talents.
  • Has knowledge and know-how of how to use various sourcing and hiring tools such as BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wonderlic
  • Demonstrate a love for candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.
  • Possess enthusiasm for headhunting and finding the needle in a haystack.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, HRIS system, ATS, and candidate management systems.
  • Consistent, driven, and ability to stay on task.
  • Personable and ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Google Suite, Excel, other office software.
  • Strong sales and customer service ability.
  • Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates.
  • Ability to quickly make decisions and problem solve.
