Job description
Our Analysts are included in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. They work directly with senior bankers and are responsible for the day to day activities of each transaction. The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. The Class of 2022 analyst program begins mid-July 2022 with rigorous 4-week classroom training lead by seasoned bankers. Upon completing training, our Analysts get staffed on live deals, immediately working with deal teams on the day-to-day activities of M&A and capital raising transactions.
The Key Responsibilities Include
- Financial modeling, company valuation, and financial performance analysis
- Analyze data using mathematical models and statistical techniques
- Prepare reports, tables, and charts that present research results
- Working alongside senior bankers to provide clients with M&A and financing services
- Modeling complex M&A and financing scenarios
- Undertaking relevant research and writing reports of findings
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Recent graduate or graduating by June 2022
- Finance or accounting major preferred
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- 1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred
- Prior investment banking, finance and accounting internship experience ideal
- U.S. work authorization required
