* Strong project management and execution skills · Ability to follow-up and drive outcome across large number of stakeholders · Develop a detailed project plan to track progress · Epic / EMR · Ability to time manage and prioritize self and project teams · Assuring project documentation following internal quality standards · Negotiating new requirements with the customer and translate the new requirements into internal requirements and/or business opportunities · Leading and coordinating budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risk management, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting · Building and leading agile delivery teams well aligned to business including day to day management of resources and activities in order to maximize team's success · IT and Business stakeholder relationship and management at multiple levels ensuing IT alignment and collaboration with business for all the above · Be an active member of governance, steering, and stakeholder management meetings and processes · Ensure resource availability and allocation · Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility · Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office · PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus · Experience of working in a Health care environment is a plusAdded advantage if there is an experience of Revenue Management Technology Program/Project Management, Project Coordination, Design, Development, Testing, DevOps, Change & Release, Deployment and Ongoing Steady State Production L3 Support (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
