We are seeking someone who will be responsible for managing the nursing care to Independent residents. Overseeing the delivery of services and staffing. Works with physicians to implement appropriate care for residents.

· Provides nursing assessment and treatment independent residents.

· Interviews, hires, supervises, trains, motivates, and evaluates performance of staff.

· Responds to emergency situations and expedites treatment.

· Oversees medications and treatments according to physicians' orders.

· Participates in the evaluation for permanent or transient stays at all levels of care.

· Assists in the coordination of admissions and discharges of Independent Living

· Responsible for maintaining service plans and all other DSS required forms.

· Responsible for all residential care and Independent Continuous Quality Improvement activities by ensuring nursing domains are monitored and reports are prepared.
