Who We're Looking For

Growth marketer who will be managing our online store to deliver a seamless, frictionless customer experience. You love using consumer insights to solve interesting e-commerce problems and improve the customer journey.


In this role, you will oversee merchandising and e-commerce marketing for truebotanicals.com. That means working closely with the Brand and Digital teams to manage site exclusives, product launches, promotions, product pages and more. If you're strategic and data-driven, you will thrive in this role. Energetic self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit and creative mindset for pushing boundaries are some of the key skills we are looking for.


What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

  • Leverage data to understand acquisition costs, retention, and conversion rate optimization opportunities.
  • Responsible for Shopify Plus storefront, 3PL, subscriptions platform, payments and analytics.
  • Manage site content including: homepage creative, category and product page content, seasonal pages for marketing campaigns. Ensure best-in-class merchandising with consistent brand storytelling.
  • Write product briefs to develop new features for our Shopify Plus store in partnership with our developers, UX designers and UX researchers. Lead site UX changes to improve sales and AOV.
  • Work closely with our brand, product, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient product and promotion launches.
  • Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with external vendors to ensure their tactics align with our goals and stay up to date on the latest innovations.
  • Partner with warehouse operations and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and on-brand client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Manage our payments platforms and gateways to ensure the best consumer experience and strongest conversion rates.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree Required; 4-6 years of experience working in data-oriented roles. E-Commerce, Analytics, Digital Product Management, Technology and Consulting experiences are a plus.
  • Strong problem solver and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Passion for Beauty and Skincare are important.
  • Experience working with platforms like Shopify Plus, Klayvio, Google Analytics, Payments and more.
  • Relentlessly high standards and sharp attention to details.
  • Strong desire to build best-in-class digital marketing and e-commerce practices.
  • Passionate about consumer insights and how the data impacts the customer journey.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.
  • Innovative, scrappy, proactive, and resourceful.
