The Team You'll Work With

You will have the opportunity to work with two amazing teams at Carta. The cross-functional GTM Wealth Management team comprises team members from sales, product, operations, and marketing who are starting to build a world where all employees with equity are able to understand, use and maximize their equity. The team is working on two initial products, Lending and Tax .

You will also work within the Marketing and Channel organization, specifically working on the Growth Marketing team. We have teammates across the country who advocate for the democratization of equity ownership and increasing access to financial education. Our team members have created and sold TV shows in Hollywood, been on the floor of Congress during the financial crisis, written political speeches heard by thousands, and led brand at Apple.

The Problems You'll Solve

As the leader of demand generation for our Wealth Management (WM) products, you will focus on building top of funnel activity and constantly improving on our product market fit.

  • Create and execute the strategy to take WM from 0 to 1, and then from 1 to infinity
  • Segment the current Carta customer base to targets which are perfect fits for WM
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our target buyers and their needs
  • Collaborate with CSM's, Sales and Product Management to constantly iterate on messaging to maximize WM's Product Market Fit
  • Manage all things demand for Carta WM; from events to emails to ads and anything else you decide
  • Determine the essential metrics which drive long term success of our primary goal of logo acquisition
