About the role: The Head of Business Recruiting will be responsible for developing and driving our recruiting strategy at scale. You will hire and develop a team of 3 recruiters in the short term, who support hiring across our Sales, Marketing, and CX recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop a team of talented recruiters
    • Lead recruitment for our Go-To-Market Teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and develop strong partnerships/relationships within the Go-To-Marketing leadership.
    • Partner with leadership to determine business needs, develop competitive recruiting strategies, structure, allocate, and deploy technical recruiting resources
    • Partner and drive employer brand initiatives that educate candidates on CaptivateIQ and how we're empowering our customers
    • Develop diverse pipeline strategies and partner with Hiring Managers and recruiters to set goals/commitments on hiring/building diverse pipelines
    • Partner with the RC team to streamline our interview process and develop reports and insights
    • Build candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations


Requirements
    • BA/BS Degree with 8+ years of experience in Recruiting & Sourcing with 4+ years of management
    • Experience at a high growth tech company
    • Proven track record of successfully attracting world-class business talent
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention-to-detail
    • Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to influence and work collaboratively with leadership and executives and to drive a cross-functional team in an aligned direction
    • Mentor and develop others, while coaching through all stages of the hiring process
    • Strong sense of urgency and relentless in delivering resultsGrowth mindset, curious, and focused on continuous improvement
