The Role:
We are looking for a motivated candidate, passionate about pursuing a career in human resources to join our growing team. The Human Resources Coordinator will work on a variety of assignments across the Human Resources function. The Coordinator must be able to multi-task and prioritize various projects as assigned by multiple managers.

Primary job responsibilities include providing assistance with HR and Recruiting projects, maintaining reports, tracking employee transactions, and coordination of training for our Northern California offices. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing informational updates and reports to local office management. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual starting an HR career who is seeking to gain exposure to a variety of HR functions.

Responsibilities include:

Coordination and scheduling of all onboarding activities for incoming hires

Provide support to the HR Director and Managers with human resource administrative tasks

Prepare and process high-volume personnel actions (professional accreditation requests, external training, and memorandum)

Assist with planning and execution of Internship program

Assist with employee questions regarding benefits and HR policies

Prepare office communications for the Northern California offices

Plan and organize office events including but not limited to wellness, community outreach, team building activities and social events for 250+ employees

Participate in firm wide HR meetings, ensuring understanding and compliance with National Human Resources policies and practices

Communicate with the local office Training Champion and Training Committee to coordinate logistics for local office training

Partner with National Learning & Development to facilitate training locally

Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with candidates and internal and clients

Maintain data and reports for candidate pipeline, pending candidates, offers extended, and inactive candidates

Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), currently iCIMS

Collaborate with Recruiting team on various projects and procedures

The Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related degree is preferred but not required with a minimum GPA of 3.0;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Ability to juggle and execute on a variety of tasks;

Excellent problem solving skills with great attention to detail;

Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills; responds to requests with a sense of urgency;

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently;

Ability to adapt in a rapid-paced, demanding environment;

Effective communication skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation);

Ability to maintain confidentiality;

Willingness to work overtime.
