Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with hiring managers, candidates and People team
  • Own the candidate experience with high degree customer focus
  • Own interview scheduling, including scheduling phone screens, interviews
  • Conduct phone and video screens with candidates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain clear communication and a consistently high standard throughout the entire screening process
  • Update candidate records in ATS (Lever)
  • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email or phone
  • Generate requested reports on recruitment activities
  • Prepare and communicate documentation for candidates
  • Partner with People team members on onboarding of new hires and related activities
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Professional Experience/Background to Be Successful in This Role

  • 2+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator in a fast-paced, demanding (technology) environment
  • Strong technical abilities including Google Suite
  • Proficiency using an ATS; Lever preferred
  • Proven experience using good common sense, judgment - knowing when issues need to be raised
  • Experience working with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and demands
  • Experience taking initiative, working independently to drive solutions and get the needed answers
