Windfall is hiring across the entire business after raising a $21M Series A. We're looking to hire our first in-house Recruiting Coordinator to help us execute our internal talent acquisition strategy. This is an opportunity to jump in and take a lot of ownership of our candidate coordination efforts while also developing your recruiting skills. The right candidates will be excited to impact our hiring goals in their first 30 days. This role will report to the Head of Business Operations and work closely with the Lead Recruiter.

Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, from new requisition to hired status
    • Schedule interviews and manage logistics using Lever, Zoom, and Google Suite
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to coordinate our recruiting and hiring efforts
    • Work with hiring managers to execute hiring processes including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and sourcing candidates
    • Establish rapport with candidates and ensure they stay informed throughout the hiring process
    • Gather feedback from hiring managers, candidates, and peers to improve our hiring processes


Requirements
    • 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or administrative assistant
    • Strong understanding of how to leverage social networks, including LinkedIn
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to collaborate cross-functionally
    • High standards, with the flexibility to improvise and move fast in a changing high-growth startup environment
    • Desire to develop and grow within the Windfall Talent Acquisition team


Preferred Qualifications
    • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated success
