As an intern you will have an exciting opportunity to support C-Level Directors and Managers of Fortune 500 companies in their hiring needs. You will learn to consult with business leaders on staffing solutions and how to best deliver the results the client needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates, recruiters, account, and hiring managers
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and supporting new hires during the onboarding process
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Candidates should have:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Superb customer focus
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of recruiting or HR experience (demonstrated through internship, academic projects, or military service)
