We're looking for a Senior Designer of Graphics and CAD who will bring innovation and creativity to our Dockers® design team. You have the desire to bring our product to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand's past. You will research and create print, pattern, and graphics for the global product assortment. You'll report to our Global Head of Design and be based in our headquarters at Levi's Plaza in San Francisco.

About the Job

  • Partner with design and merchandise teams to create seasonal print and pattern concepts that align with the brand's strategy and needs
  • Develop Graphics that reflect seasonal concepts and deliver brand needs globally and locally
  • Manage graphics assortment for Dockers® brand for all related categories
  • Work with Designers and vendors to create mill packs and include repeatable files, placement, layout, yarn and color placement
  • Partner with Category designers and meet with print/pattern vendors.
  • Manage invoice submissions and follow print and pattern budget.
  • Brief and Manage any external graphic designers
  • Sustain partnerships with Merchandising and Product Development to ensure products are engineered to profit and quality/aesthetic goals
  • Manage multiple lower level designers
  • Travel seasonally for trend and concept
  • Travel seasonally to work with Product Development and Factory partner teams on initial product designs
About You
  • 7+ years of experience in Textile, Computer Aided Design, and Graphic Design in the apparel industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile or Graphic Design, or a combination of college education and industry-related work experience
  • Must be proficient at Kaledo in print, weave, and knit modules
  • Photoshop and Illustrator skills are another must have; and InDesign, nice to have
  • Familiar with FlexPLM product lifestyle management
  • Strong design aesthetic and color theory knowledge
