The Technical Project Manager role oversees the operations of individual R&D projects. This tactical role helps coordinate time, and resources to complete the development deliverables. We are seeking someone who is passionate about getting things done effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate has great organizational skills, is an expert in JIRA and great at removing roadblocks and conflict resolution. This position will be reporting to engineering management.

This role is eligible to work out of any of the following US Office locations on a flexible WFH/WFO schedule: San Francisco
Responsibilities:
- Help determine, define and lock down feature/project scope and objectives
- Estimating resources needed to reach key objectives by leveraging velocity and other reports
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Identifying, planning and coordinating the order which tasks/deliverables across different engineering functions come together for GA.
- Measure the velocity and burndown chart of the team in Jira and make predictions on the team/individual deliverable based on past velocity
- Coordinate Sprint planning, product grooming and bug triage meetings
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement by applying FourKey methodology
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full SDLC project management experience
- Deep experience in JIRA tooling and administration with respect to workflow automation and reporting
- Understanding of the FourKeys method and metrics to development efficiency
- Data driven with great analytical skills
- Experience working with multiple distributed engineering disciplines
- Understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) and real life application
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Comfortable with abstraction and a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) as needed
