We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Recruiting Leader to join our global Recruiting organization. You will have a team reporting to you and you will add structure and move the team in the right direction, in line with business priorities, as we ensure exceptional experience to our candidates, clients and colleagues.You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Slack through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. You'll also provide a purpose and direction to the team and enable them to do impactful work.

What you will be doing:
- Lead company initiatives of growing scope and complexity, set strategies, developing and expanding on diversity initiatives while balancing resources to support Slack's growing business
- Manage, coach, empower, and develop a high-performing geographically dispersed team who espouse our values
- Influence senior stakeholders using data and a data oriented approach to drive strategic decisions
- Be a trusted talent advisor and provide consultative support to leaders across the company on all aspects of recruitment to consistently upgrade teams and leadership capability with every hire
- Create a culture of accountability within the team to anticipate and address client, candidates and/or Slack's needs
- Work cross functionally to effectively develop plans and drive projects from root cause analysis through to deployment, effectively & on-time
- Partner with Recruitment marketing, communications and Slack's ERG and D&I partners to define new and emerging talent attraction tactics
What you should have:
- Minimum 8 years experience with proven track record of leading successful diverse and geographically dispersed talent acquisition teams preferably in the Technology industry
- Track record of building and coaching high performing recruiting teams
- Create, drive, and evolve a global proactive talent acquisition strategy that anticipates the business priorities and needs as we grow in scale and efficiency
- Experience developing and delivering on global projects
- Strong experience with change management and data analytics
- Possess leadership that inspires and grounds others in a shared purpose
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including humility, empathy, and playfulness with the ability to break down complex concepts and clearly articulate them internally and externally
- Strong people management experience with ability to inspire and build cohesive teams, coach, and develop high-performing team
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $122,900. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found at the following link:
