Your Role

Gensler's Northwest Region is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a primary focus on recruitment scheduling and organization. In addition to those needs, this role will also support our HR and Talent Development team with presentation support (both in InDesign and PowerPoint) and scheduling learning opportunities .

This creative and detail-oriented individual will join a fun, exciting and awesome group of professionals while functioning as the back bone of our Regional Talent Acquisition team. To be successful in this role, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be well versed in general HR policies and procedures, recruiting practices, and possess exceptional customer service skills to help guide the recruiting process throughout the Northwest region. What You Will Do

* Own Applicant Tracking System Data and recordkeeping including candidate status and candidate feedback

* Oversee and improve process for scheduling all candidate interviews

* Prepare and post recruitment ads on industry websites

* Edit training recordings and oversight of internal platforms

* Train support staff in scheduling process and create tools/processes to improve efficiency and experience in candidate interface

* Assist with the creation of presentations and training materials

* Designs new tools and processes to improve candidate experience and compliance

* Assist in EEO and Workday Audits

* Prepare recruiting offer letter packets

* Support Campus Recruiting activities as needed

* Oversee and improve process for reviewing direct applicants with business units

* Network and engage with top talent and recruit them to Gensler

* Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to review applicants for open positions

Your Qualifications

* Three (3) plus years in corporate recruiting preferred, demonstrate significant recent/past recruiting experience for Architecture firm preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

* A high degree of competency in data integrity required

* Knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred)

* Experience sourcing candidates and using your network of contacts in the industry and attention to detail

* Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment

* Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting

* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (preferred)
