You Will:

• Be an integral part of a fast-paced and fun recruiting team
• Own the end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing to screening to closing
• Use metrics and KPIs to support recruiting decisions - you have great intuition, but can back it up with numbers
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about Forward
• Oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines while working alongside cross-functional teams of physicians, engineers, and operators
• Be a strategic partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations more efficient
• Have leadership and mentorship opportunities with junior members of the team

You Have:

• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail
• A growth mindset and are truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (at a fast-growing startup, they often do)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A bias toward action: take initiative, follow-through, and work with a sense of urgency
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System like Greenhouse or Lever a huge plus
• An understanding of how data can be leveraged to influence recruiting decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S.
• 2+ years of relevant experience either in-house or agency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup experience
