Job description

Role : AP Specialist
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote

Takes charge for all activities in the accounts payable function. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and maintains accurate records and control reports.
Send invoices for approvals through DocuSign
Customer support for AP
Request/Maintain W-9, ACH and Wire forms
Enter AP invoices
Resolve invoice discrepancies related to invoices
Assumes responsibility for vendor correspondence and phone messages relating to payment activities
Traces errors and records adjustments to correct charges or credits posted to incorrect amounts

Must possess and utilize excellent team building skills
Must accept delegated responsibilities willingly
Must be able to work under occasional deadline related stress
Must be able to work occasional overtime, approved prior by direct manager
Must possess excellent communication skills
