The opportunity

We are looking for a product leader who can embrace the opportunity to help users discover and succeed in the best creativity experience for them. In some cases, this will mean connecting users to inspiring and thoughtful learning content, or will mean helping them succeed in our market-leading creative applications like Photoshop or Illustrator, in still other cases it could mean connecting them to next generation of services like the award winning Spark suite or our Behance design community.

This high-profile leadership role will require an incredibly deep passion for enabling and empowering creativity for all users. You will also need the ability to inspire a broad organization with your vision, and build trust by completing an ambitious roadmap across web, mobile and desktop. Finally, it is essential that you are able to build deep partnerships across engineering, design, and product functions to drive exceptional and empathetic user experiences.

What you'll do

• Articulate a vision of how we build and grow a sophisticated understanding of user needs, intent and context in order to best connect them.
• Build a product framework using industry-wide standard methodologies, deep partnership with user research, design, and machine-learning teams that allows us to continually deepen our empathy with users.
• Partner with design and engineering teams across Adobe to bring vision to fruition in ways that are long lasting, cloud scalable and reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs. Manage metrics to analyze the impact of the activities and refine as needed to create an environment of continuous learning and iteration across the organization.
• Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable and results oriented. Bring a combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term as well as long term results.
• Manage and build a team of high-impact Product Managers to drive excellence in experience and execution across the platform portfolio

• Product management leadership experience of 10+ years, including leading highly versatile and diverse teams of product managers.
• Proven track record of platform product management and a passionate commitment to customer experience and product quality.
• Demonstrated excellence in the areas of customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation.
• Inherently collaborative and leading personality that enables you to win hearts and minds of your peers to successfully deliver a complex product roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels in a large organization
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment at scale
