Intelliloan is a mortgage lender based in Santa Ana, CA. We have been in business since 1993 & are well-established in the industry. We offer a full-time training program that is well-renowned in the industry.

As an Entry Level Loan Officer, you will partake in a training program that will allow you to learn the mortgage industry and become a licensed loan officer in 3-6 months. This role is a paid, full-time position. We will provide you with complete Mortgage training, one-on-one coaching from our in-house experts, an online interactive sales training program, and everything else you need to become a top mortgage professional. Throughout the program, you'll be trained on the best techniques of building relationships and identifying clients' needs. Once promoted, the income potential is uncapped.

Responsibilities:

Delivering excellent customer service and professionalism to our clients

Referring potentially qualified clients to our licensed specialists

Partaking in online style trainings and discussions

Sustain a basic to advanced understanding of the mortgage industry and various loan programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

1 Year sales experience preferred

1 Year negotiation experience preferred

Ability to work a full-time schedule

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
