Account Representative - Insurance - Santa Barbara

Do you have insurance and customer service experience and are ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we are looking for YOU!! We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a stellar insurance company located in Santa Barbara.

Your Position. . .

  • Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, customer support, and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies
  • Respond to clients by email, phone, and in-person in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer files and database


What we need from you. . .

  • Experienced - You have customer service experience in an insurance organization
  • Knowledgeable -- Life and Health License or a college degree is *preferred!*
  • Tech-savvy - You have experience with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of AMS and BenefitPoint is a plus!
  • Professional - A 'we' over 'me' attitude that results in extraordinarily happy employees
  • Work Ethic - Go above and beyond with excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
