We are currently seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara as part of the LG R&D Lab organization.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support LG's R&D recruitment efforts. In addition to owning our interview scheduling, you will have the opportunity to be involved in offer letter creation, pre-onboarding, plus more! This person must be a fast-learner with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills who is dedicated to creating an exceptional candidate experience. This role will report up to the Sr. HR Business Partner.
This is a long-term ongoing contract position. 100% remote for now and will be hybrid schedule whenever we return to working onsite at the Santa Clara location.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Schedule and coordinate logistical arrangements for candidate interviews, establish interviewer and candidate availability, schedule phone, video conference and potentially onsite interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
* Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems; prepare offer letters.
* Partner effectively with the recruitment team to ensure the necessary components of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are considered for proper candidate information capture.
* May interact with temp agencies and coordinate temp hiring and on-boarding
* May assist with pre-boarding of candidates, including launching background checks and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed in a timely fashion.
* May need to coordinate candidate travel and process candidate expenses.
* Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
* Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Provide reporting assistance as needed, ensuring high quality data integrity.
* Actively participate on special projects aimed at improving existing programs/processes as required.
Job Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity or in HR, preferably in a high tech corporate environment.
* Experience scheduling in Outlook is required.
* Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required, Taleo preferred.
* Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite of applications required.
* The ability to communicate effectively and interact with a range of personalities and styles to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills are critical, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new recruiting concepts and procedures.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Able to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexible.
* Bachelors' degree preferred.
* Travel scheduling, Concur Travel Management experience preferred
