The Opportunity

The Supply Chain Business Systems and Analytics team works within Operations and cross functionally with IT, Demand Planning, and Finance to manage the Supply Planning systems, data, and reporting to support near-term execution and long-term supply planning.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sr. Supply Chain Business Analyst reports within the Operations' Supply Chain team. The person in this role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Kinaxis RapidResponse supply planning models. The individual will develop capacity and inventory models that reflect Marvell's business requirements and modify the models as situations change over time. This individual will be responsible for creating, vetting, and publishing standard and ad hoc reports and what-if scenarios to support business decisions.

The role works cross-functionally with IT to create capacity-constrained supply models for supply planning, Demand Planning, and Finance.

Requirements:

Required:

  • Advanced Planning System implementation or power-user experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor planning (co-products, MPWs, postponement, BOMs, and workflows)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, queries, string manipulation)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience.
  • Master's degree and/or PhD in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 3-5 years of experience.

Preferred:
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation or management
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Statistics
  • Semiconductor Master Planning experience
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields
